Nwafor, has hailed the global educational contributions of World Records Holder & the First African UNESCO Laureate, Prof Sir Bashiru Aremu, a Nigerian academic giant to had solidified his position as a global legend in education, technology, and sustainable development.

Nwafor in a telephone conversation with our reporter today being on Sunday, March 22, 2026 as he commended first African UNESCO Laureate for his numerous accolades and outstanding contributions to global education.
Speaking to our reporter, Prof Nwafor has applauded Prof Sir Bashiru Aremu as a renowned expert in Computer Science and Information Communication Technology whom he said holds quadruple post-doctoral degrees and a PhD in Computer Science. According to the Crown University Professor, UNESCO Laureate’s academic prowess has earned him recognition and respect worldwide.
In the words of the Word Education and Human Relations expert: “Prof Aremu’s leadership roles are a testament to his influence in the academic and global communities. He serves as the World Grand President of the International Chartered World Learned Society Inc., USA, and Africa Head of the Unity of Nations Action for Climate Change Council (UNACCC), an official partner of the United Nations”.
“He has also held key positions, including Chairman and Member of the Accreditation Panel of several Nigerian universities, appointed by the National Universities Commission, Abuja, Nigeria. His expertise has been sought after globally, with roles in organizations worldwide”.
