It is with profound grief and a heavy heart that I received the news of the passing of Alhaji Bamanga Tukur, CON, a revered statesman, elder of wisdom, and patriot who served our great nation with distinction, honor, and unwavering dedication.
Alhaji Bamanga Tukur’s life was one of exemplary leadership, service, and generosity. His contributions to nation building, business, and public service will remain indelibly etched in the history of Nigeria.
On behalf of myself, the entire Edewor family, and the Chief Ovo Edewor Foundation, I extend our heartfelt condolences to the Tukur family, the government and good people of Adamawa State, and all Nigerians.
May Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings, accept his good deeds, and grant him Aljannah Firdaus. May He also grant the bereaved family the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss.
