DELTA GUBER 2023: APM GUBER CANDIDATE ASKS COURT TO COMPEL APC, PDP, DTHA, INEC TO PUBLISH THE DATES OF OSANEBI’s NOMINATION AND RESIGNATION.

The Governorship Candidate of Allied People’s Movement (APM), Prince Henry Eze (JP) plaintiff has sued the Governorship Candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Delta State, Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege, Delta All Progressive Congress (APC), Delta Peoples Democratic Party, The Leadership of Delta State House of Assembly, Independent National Electoral Commission in Delta State over alleged unlawful nornination of Rt. Friday OSANEBI as the Deputy Governorship Candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC) as Defendant.

The originating summons in SUIT NO: FHC/WR/CS/80/22 for the hearing in the Federal High Court on the matter is scheduled to take place on 26th August, 2022

The media learnt this from APM Delta State Chairman in court document showing the originating summons and the notice of service as made available to some group of Journalists in Asaba, Delta State capital as Prince Eze Henry JP seeks the court to declare null and void, Delta APC’s Deputy Governorship nominations.
