As Nigeria celebrates her 61st Independence Anniversary today, a renowned philanthropist, and Businesman, Chief Ugo Nwokolo has expressed optimism that Nigeria will get better.
The media learn this in a press statement made available to newsmen in Asaba, Delta State capital as Ndokwa, Delta born the ICONIC Entrepreneur noted that Nigeria is a nation that has in it, all the resources to develop and become a first world country.
According to Chief Overdo, “For this reason there is no doubt that we will get better as a people and as a nation”.
Chief Ugo Nwokolo, a Chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, a beacon of hope to the mases, a philanthropist, an entrepreneur as well as an astute business man recounted that the challenges we face as a nation today will not derail us from the goal of building a better Nigerian society tomorrow.
The press Statement reads in parts: “The paths today are truly rough but we are sure it will make champions out of us at the end”.
“We will need to keep faith with the process, we will need to believe more in the system reforms. We will need to hope and continue to dream big. We will need to be more committed. We will need to be more innovative. We will need to give it our all and our best shots”.
“Nigeria will get better and this is a burden we must carry in our hearts everyday for ourselves and the next generation. If all we can do is to lay the foundations for a better Nigerian society then we must ensure that the foundation is rock solid”.
Chief UGO NWOKOLO then wishes the good people of Ndokwa Nation, Nigerians a blissful independence day celebration. Whe he urges Nigerian citizens to keep hope alive, that the labours of our heroes past shall not be in vain!
