The Governorship Candidate of Action People’s Party (APP), Hon (Mrs) Annabel Cosmas plaintiff has asks the Federal High Court, Asaba Judicial Division to review the judgement of the Supreme Court on Osanebi which he won based on “Technicalities”.
The originating summons in SUIT NO: FHC/ASB/CS/157/22 , the only female Governorship Candidate also approaches the court to allow APC, PDP, DTHA, INEC publish the dates of OSANEBI’s nomination as APC’s Deputy Governorship Candidate and resignation as a member of the rulling PDP party in Delta.
The media learnt this today being on Sunday, 14th day of August, 2022 from Delta APP State Chairman, Hon. (Mrs) Annabel Cosmas in court document showing the originating summons and the notice of service as made available to some group of Journalists in Asaba, Delta State capital as Mrs Cosmas Annabel Plaintiff seeks the court to declare null and void OSANEBI’s APC nominations.
Hon. Mrs Cosmas Annabel, the only Delta female Governorship Candidate from APP party has also asks the Federal High Court Asaba Judicial Division to revisit OSANEBI’s Certificate fodgery case in that same suit.
