The Delta State Chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) led by its Chairman, Engr. Okolie C. Austine, has said that the party formally dissociated itself from a suit pending before the Federal High Court in Abuja.
According to Engr. Okolie C. Austine, ADC Delta State Chapter as reportedly filed on behalf of the 36 State Chairmen and State Executive Committees, which alleges National Working Committee (NWC) misconduct, we therefore dissociate Delta State Chapter of African Democratic Congress (ADC) from such suit in Federal High Court Abuja.
Royal Paradise Media (News Online) learnt this from Delta ADC Boss, Engr. Okolie C. Austine in a statement personally signed by him which was made available to some group of Journalists in Asaba, Delta State capital as he restates commitment to preserving party unity and stability in all ramifications.
The release by Delta ADC Boss reads in part: “ADC believes in resolving internal disputes through established mechanisms, rather than external litigation. The decision to dissociate from the suit aims to protect the interests of party aspirants and members in Delta State”.
“The party prioritizes strengthening its structures and advancing democratic ideals. Delta State ADC views the suit as potentially divisive and undermines party cohesion. By distancing ourselves, we aim to maintain internal peace and focus on party growth”.
